Job Summary The Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and execution of construction activities on assigned projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, budget expectations, and contract requirements. As the primary field leader, the Superintendent coordinates craft labor, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Essential Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily field operations, coordinating labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution. Manage construction activities in accordance with contract requirements, project specifications, drawings, company standards, and applicable codes and regulations. Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and short-term work plans while monitoring progress and implementing solutions to address delays, conflicts, and execution challenges. Champion safety and quality by enforcing company policies, conducting job site inspections, leading safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
