Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Onsite Ads product, acting as the guardian of its long-term vision and ensuring alignment with VTEX's revenue and growth strategy.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the next 6-12 months, while shaping a clear and scalable 2026 vision for Retail Media at VTEX.
- Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product priorities, ensuring visibility and alignment across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams.
- Work closely with advertisers, retailers, and internal stakeholders to balance performance, campaign needs, and platform evolution.
- Partner with Engineering to deliver high-impact solutions, leveraging your technical background and understanding of ads and media systems.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to improve how clients engage with the Ads product, clarifying ownership, flows, and expectations around product-related topics.
- Evaluate and incorporate the impact of AI and LLMs on ads performance, campaign optimization, and media buying workflows.
- Support internal team evolution, including collaboration with future PM roles.
Requirements
- Experienced Product Manager with a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build and communicate product vision, translating strategy into execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic ecosystem involving advertisers, retailers, sales, customer success, and growth teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align competing priorities and drive decisions forward.
- Curious and critical about the role of AI and LLMs in the future of ads, retail media, and commerce.
