Real Property Management Branch Manager

About the role

You will serve as a REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BRANCH MANAGER in the Public Works Directorate of NSA ANNAPOLIS. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Candidates must possess extensive experience managing real property portfolios and shore facility planning systems, including utilizing esystems to develop facility requirements and planning documents that drive facility and land use in alignment with the installation's future mission requirements. 2.) Candidates must demonstrate the ability to develop long-term shore infrastructure strategies and provide clear, cost-effective policy guidance by integrating diverse technical and management resources. 3.) Applicants need proven experience representing the organization and engaging with federal, state, local, and public stakeholders to negotiate agreements, build consensus, and resolve complex land use or encroachment issues. 4.) Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in formulating budgets, adjusting resource and staffing allocations, and providing technical oversight for federal acquisition processes, including preparing statements of work and ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
