This role operates within an Agile product delivery model and plays a critical role in establishing a focused, engineering-led operating model. The manager partners closely with Product, Data, and Architecture team members to align platform capabilities with business priorities. Operating in a global, matrixed environment, this role leads a distributed team across regions, ensuring alignment, consistency, and high-quality outcomes across time zones.
