- Experience as a successful and effective leader in an organization related to security, including leading, building and cultivating teams.
- Fluency in multiple security and safety domains, including law enforcement, emergency management, security technology, security infrastructure, and crisis management.
- Experience building, managing, and allocating resources of all types, including human capital, financial capital, technology and equipment.
- Must maintain eligibility to hold security clearances for a variety of agencies.
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
