Requirements

Additional Information

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Own and govern the Occupational Health (OH) management system and strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices Provide subject-matter expertise on Occupational Health matters Lead medical emergency preparedness across offshore assets, including medevac coordination, drills, response protocols, and readiness assessments Review and assure offshore medical facilities, equipment, competencies, and clinical procedures to ensure operational readiness and compliance Support OH requirements through all FPSO project phases, ensuring integration of OH considerations throughout the asset lifecycle Manage external OH service providers, including offshore medics, telemedicine vendors, and specialized clinical support contractors Lead OH reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data governance processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability of OH data used for risk identification and decision-making Conduct internal verifications, readiness reviews, and audits of Occupational Health programs to confirm compliance and continuous improvement Review, validate, and support Health Risk Assessments (HRAs), exposure monitoring programs, and industrial hygiene activities, ensuring identification, evaluation, and control of workplace health hazards Ensure compliance with relevant offshore Occupational Health regulations, flag-state requirements, and applicable ILO/IMCA guidance, integrating ISO 45001 principles into OH programs and systems
