Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the Operations team on tender document review, focusing on the scope of work and specifications for M&E equipment replacement such as switchgear, genset, etc.
  • Review and provide technical support for M&E maintenance contract scopes and requirements.
  • Assist with project handover and pre-opening programs, including on-site physical inspections, site acceptance tests, and defect rectifications.
  • Offer technical support to the Operations team in addressing M&E operational challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance on M&E end-of-life replacement schedules and specifications.
  • Offer technical guidance, recommendations, and tracking of electrical contracted capacity and maximum demand.
  • Manage and execute assigned projects and improvement initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of required operations, maintenance, and project activities.
  • Conduct audits and identify energy/ water saving opportunity, track and monitor chiller plant performance and provide timely advice to the Operations team to address any shortcomings.
  • Undertake any other new tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or any professional certification in Electrical or related discipline
  • Preference will be given to those with minimum if Grade 7 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW)
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in Energy Management and Audit will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with Low/High voltage electrical and Scada
  • Low voltage power turn-on testing and procedures
  • Good command of English in spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Ability to multi-task, analytical, meticulous, and high level of initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team player
