Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
• Support strategic assessments, benchmarking exercises, and updates to existing strategies.
• Break down strategic objectives into clear initiatives and define their scope.
• Establish KPIs, develop performance dashboards, and implement tracking tools.
• Address ad hoc client requirements, including investment-related analysis, partnership reviews, and preparation of executive-level presentations.

We are seeking a Policies & Procedures/ Strategy Senior Consultant/ Manager with 7-8 years of consulting experience to play a key role in delivering a government-focused strategy engagement. The position is primarily centered around policies and procedures, alongside involvement in strategy delivery, KPI setting, and ongoing client advisory. Key Requirements 7-8 years of experience within management consulting or similar strategy-focused roles. Strong capability in policies and procedures development (this is a key requirement). Practical experience in executing strategy, building KPI frameworks, and managing performance. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple workstreams effectively and deliver within tight deadlines.
