Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy Practice

Responsibilities

• You'll focus on a candidate-led Accountancy Practice specialism , working across a diverse client base, from small independent firms to large national practices and the Big Four.
• This is a candidate-focused role , where you'll:
• Source and engage accounting professionals from entry-level through to Partner level
• Proactively headhunt and build strong talent pipelines
• Match high-quality candidates to opportunities across the market
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with pace and precision
