As a Supply Planner (f/m/d) , you play a key role in ensuring product availability and a smooth flow across the entire supply chain. You take ownership of planning activities, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to efficient, transparent, and data-driven supply planning processes. Your mission You take ownership of supply planning activities to ensure optimal product availability while balancing service levels, inventory and costs You plan and manage material requirements, monitor supply situations, proactively identify risks and deviations, and implement appropriate measures You work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Product Management and Logistics, while contributing to end-to-end supply chain planning and continuous improvement initiatives You manage multiple planning topics simultaneously, independently prioritize your workload and ensure transparency in your planning decisions You actively work with planning systems and analytical tools to evaluate data, develop scenarios and support data-driven decision-making You optimize production planning across different production lines and manufacturing sites Your experience & skills You hold a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification You have solid experience in Supply Planning and a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes You are confident working with planning software and tools such as o9 Solutions, SAP APO/IBP, ERP systems, Advanced Planning Systems or comparable solutions You have a strong analytical and data-driven mindset combined with excellent problem-solving skills You take ownership, work proactively, communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables and data analysis) Why choose us?
