Our mission is to become the solution for Real Estate payments everywhere . T his role is responsible for launching Redpin within Greece. You will cultivate and develop partnerships with business es involved in the Real Estate sec tor (Real estate agents, legal firms, notaries, Construction companies) into profitable long-term partnerships. We're looking for a driven and commercially sharp Senior Partner Development Executive to spearhead our launch into Greece. This is a rare opportunity to be the first on the ground - building our partner and channel ecosystem from scratch and establishing our presence in a high-potential territory. You'll work closely with the global sales and partnerships teams to define the go-to-market strategy, identify and onboard the right channel partners, and drive revenue through indirect sales motion
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage & cultivate prospective partner relationships within the Real Estate sector.
- Engage with key decision makers in building strategic partnerships
- Pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities
- Support partners with products and services and liaise with internal teams to ensure delivery in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to further enhance partnership opportunities and business retention
- Maintain consistent level of daily activity and integrity of CRM and ensuring key business metrics are being met
- Represent the company at local industry events, trade shows, and partner summits
- Feed market intelligence back to the global team to shape product and GTM decisions
Requirements
- Successful track record identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships within the Real Estate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
- Ability to problem-solve, confident in handling objections and providing solution-based outcomes
- Self-motivated, resilient and with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
