PRODUCTION ASSISTANT Position Summary: This position is responsible for executing various operational elements around the venue. Production Assistant responsibilities include activation set up, operating points of sale, and assisting guests when issues/problems arise. Essential Functions: Performs Front-of-House Operations including signage deployment, site fixture placement, activation setup, etc. Staffing Guest Services, Cash to Card Kiosk & Venue Bag Check Assist guests with directional and informational inquiries by demonstrating strong knowledge of the facility, seating, and event(s). Facilitate VIP Parking and entry Assist Other Departments as Needed (Artist Hospitality, VIP Programs, Merchandise, Ushers, etc.) Assist with administrative duties including signage creation, inventory and credentials. Perform other various duties as required or requested by supervisor to fulfill show needs Required Qualifications: A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience Strong problem-solving skills Customer service orientation Willingness to learn and adapt Team oriented and willingness to assist others Must be able to take direction and execute instruction accurately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous live music production experience is a plus Must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a Part-Time basis Must be able to commit to a minimum of (15) events throughout the season (approx. 25-30 shows from May to Oct) Pay Scale: $21.22 OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Position Summary: The Production Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the Production Assistant team in executing various operational tasks to ensure that the venue is show ready and remains operating smoothly through the conclusion of the evening. Essential Functions: Assist supervisor in management of Production Assistant team. Address escalated guest complaints and/or concerns. Communicate within the department and with other departments regarding issues including but not limited to ticketing, ADA requests, guest behavior, guest injuries/illness, broken equipment, safety hazards, VIP guests, etc. Assist Other Departments as Needed (Artist Hospitality, VIP Programs, Merchandise, Ushers, etc.) Assist with administrative duties including prepping show day materials and taking inventory. Perform Front-of-House Operations including signage deployment, site fixture placement, activation setup, etc. Perform other various duties as required or requested from supervisor to fulfill show needs.
