Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Cleaning Operations
• Perform daily cleaning duties alongside the cleaning team.
• Clean treatment rooms, common areas, toilets, pantry, reception, and staff areas.
• Ensure all equipment, furniture, and facilities are clean and well maintained.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables when necessary.
• Carry out deep cleaning according to scheduled maintenance plans.
• Ensure all cleaning is completed to company hygiene standards.
• Supervision & Team Leadership
• Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning schedule.
• Allocate cleaning tasks fairly and efficiently.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching where necessary.
• Lead by example by actively participating in cleaning work.
• Ensure all cleaning staff follow proper procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment faults promptly.
• Quality Control
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas.
• Identify areas requiring additional attention before customers notice them.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently maintained throughout operating hours.
• Follow up on customer or management feedback regarding cleanliness.
• Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning products and supplies.
• Report shortages before supplies run out.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Health & Safety
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Report hazards or accidents immediately.
• Critical Expectations
• This is not a desk-based supervisory role .
• The Cleaning Supervisor is expected to actively perform cleaning duties every day while supervising the team. Leadership is demonstrated by setting the standard through action, not by directing others alone.
• The supervisor should:
