Responsibilities
- End-to-End Event Production: Plan and execute cross-site social gatherings, internal programs, and professional off-sites, managing everything from conceptualization to on-site delivery.

Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Employee Experience, Wellbeing, or Event Production roles.
- Operational Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets and navigating procurement workflows or internal financial systems.
- Vendor Relations: Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing external service providers and production companies.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a 9-month maternity leave cover with a hybrid office presence (twice weekly).
- Industry Background: Experience working within the High-Tech or Cybersecurity sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Workday, Zip, or GroupHug platforms.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple high-priority events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal).
- Creative Flair: Strong aesthetic sensibility and creativity in designing physical and digital employee experiences.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in building and deploying employee engagement surveys and interpreting results.
