Job Description Manage payroll processing and validation for multiple Asian countries (except India) Review and audit payroll outputs prepared by external vendors Handle payroll adjustments, final payments, and statutory compliance Support financial reporting, including reconciliations and journal entries Manage employee payroll queries and stakeholder communications Assist with year-end payroll activities, audits, and tax reporting Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects The Successful Applicant Has 5 years of regional payroll experience within financial institutes industries Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance frameworks Experience working with payroll vendors and external stakeholders Familiarity with payroll systems and financial reconciliation processes Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office, Excel VLOOKUP, Pivotable and HRIS.
