Responsibilities

• Your duties as the Order Processor include:
• Processing Orders: Accurately process UPVC window and door orders using internal systems and software
• Reviewing Drawings: Interpret technical drawings, specifications and survey information
• Checking Accuracy: Ensure all customer orders are accurate and compliant before release to production
• Liaising with Teams: Communicate with customers, sales teams, surveyors and production departments to resolve discrepancies
• Managing Amendments: Handle order amendments and variations efficiently
• Maintaining Records: Keep accurate documentation and administrative records updated
• Supporting Scheduling: Assist with production scheduling and delivery coordination where required
• Following Procedures: Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company procedures and quality standards
• CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in administration, order processing, customer service or office support preferred but not essential
• Experience with UPVC window and door systems such as VEKA or similar would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and internal processing systems
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

SALARY: £12.71 per Hour + Benefits LOCATION: Washington, Tyne and Wear, North East England - Fully Office Based JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week JOB OVERVIEW NE&C Windows & Doors Ltd has a fantastic new job opportunity for an Order Processor to join the expanding team. Working as the Order Processor you will support the processing of customer orders from point of sale through to production.
