Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the frontend user experience across the PHM marketplace
- Implement and maintain analytics instrumentation using Segment and GTM
- Ship features end-to-end: from understanding the problem, to building the solution, to measuring impact

- Familiarity with NestJS or similar Node.js backend frameworks
- Fullstack capability with a frontend focus-you're comfortable across the stack but you care about what users see, experience, and feel
- Experience with analytics tooling (Segment, Posthog, GTM)
- Demonstrated adoption of AI-assisted development (Claude Code,, Cursor, etc.)
- A product mindset: you ask "why are we building this?" before diving in
- Desire to grow into a more strategic role with the right mentorship
