Responsibilities

  • In this varied and engaging role, you'll provide project management support to senior structurers, taking all reasonable steps to ensure structuring activities are in line with our policies covering conduct, operational, credit, legal, and regulatory risks.
  • You will also:
  • Originate and execute securitisation and asset-backed lending transactions across UK, Europe and the U.S.
  • Lead detailed asset analysis and cashflow modelling across a range of asset classes (RMBS, auto, credit cards, consumer assets)
  • Manage execution processes including internal approvals, rating agencies and legal documentation
  • Build relationships and collaborate with sponsors, investors and internal peers and dedicated functional teams to support mandate generation and transaction delivery
