Project Associate (Quantity Surveyor)

About the role

To take off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) To assess and identify Variation Order (VO) work for all subcontract packages To provide support for measurement and pricing on contract's VO claim To process monthly progress claim and final claim according to SOP requirements To attend all relevant contracts administration & documentation for the project To take off measurement - remeasurement for sub-contract's payment and final account purposes To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost To liaise with Consultants / Main Contractors on VO and progress claims To liaise with Suppliers for quotations To maintain relevant documentation in orderly and proper manner A minimum of 10 years hands-on experience (preferably with consultancy practice) PSPC-Recognised Degree for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline Applicant with Professional Qualification with SISV, AIQS, RICS will be an advantage Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Cost & Measurement software Analytical, resourceful, independent, responsible and able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Good team player yet able to work independent with minimum supervision and provide guidance to junior staff Prior experience in a consultancy firm will be an added advantage For further enquiries or submission, you may reach out to Luna (HR Executive) at luna.cheok@sg.rlb.com
