Senior Director - Partnerships Lead

Responsibilities

• Process & Automation: Standardize and automate platform planning workflows with product/tech teams; drive adoption of platform tools.
• Planning & Investment Guidance: Develop platform mix and investment guidelines; identify emerging platforms and growth opportunities.
• Platform Innovation: Track platform updates, launch pilots, and scale successful tests across clients.
• Knowledge Sharing: Drive cross platforms best-practice sharing and case study dissemination.
• Insights & Thought Leadership: Convert platform data into actionable insights and co-create POVs and playbooks.
• Content-to-Commerce: Partner with creative teams on platform-first content strategies and listing best practices.
• Capability & L&D: Build and deliver platform training programs, maintain a central knowledge hub, and act as an internal platform expert.
• Ideal Profile
• 8+ years in commerce media, retail media, or platform strategy
• Strong understanding of key platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce, retail media)
• Experience in capability building, innovation pilots, or product/platform strategy
• Structured thinker with strong stakeholder management skills
