Experience working with partner Department of War and Intelligence Community agencies. Experience in leading analytical or technical teams, projects, working groups, or communities of interest. Ability to form cohesive teams, understand diverse viewpoints, and conflicting organizational goals, weigh these complications in light of objectives, and promote cooperation and consensus.
