About the role

Ability to effectively communicate programmatic, operational, and technical information with stakeholders of various disciplines and levels. Ability to plan, organize, and interact effectively with senior international partner analysts and management to propose, submit, accept, and/or implement recommendations, where proposals may involve substantial resources or risk, and require extensive changes to established concepts and procedures. Experience working with partner Department of War and Intelligence Community agencies. Experience in leading analytical or technical teams, projects, working groups, or communities of interest. Ability to form cohesive teams, understand diverse viewpoints, and conflicting organizational goals, weigh these complications in light of objectives, and promote cooperation and consensus.
