About the role
The Facilities Associate, Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the functionality of the organization's physical spaces at our various locations in Holland, MI. Requirements
- 2+ years of directly related professional experience with a higher level of expertise or specialization in commercial facility cleaning and maintenance to support or lead projects or operations in this area.
- Serve as subject matter experts, providing guidance, training, and support to staff, volunteers, or external stakeholders such as vendors, in their area of expertise.
- Basic knowledge of and experience with cleaning commercial facilities.
- Proactive, organized, and strong in follow-up and task execution.
- Ability to follow a consistent, reliable, and predictable schedule.
- Ability to creatively problem solve and be adaptable to various tasks.
- Ability to maintain focus while working independently.
- Willingness and interest in continuous learning and adaptation based on your professional interests and organizational needs.
