Technical Service Engineer Serbia (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Visit customer production sites in Serbia and solve technical issues in surface treatment
• Perform root cause analysis and stabilize chemical processes
• Support customers in improving their applications to increase quality and reduce costs
• Identify opportunities for new products and technologies
• Work hands‑on in production environments and provide practical support
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and turn technical findings into actions
• Collaboration with regional team colleagues in Central Eastern Europe
• Translating and updating specification cards of products, articles, presentations and tracing any current changes
• Perform work in compliance with the work health and safety rules and regulations and observe the respective orders and guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, chemical technology, or a similar engineering field
• Work experience in technical support or application engineering in surface treatment (electroplating, metal pre-treatment) is preferred
• Skilled in chemical analysis and interpreting production data
• Able to communicate well with technical and non‑technical audiences
• Independent and solution‑oriented working style
• Good English skills, excellent report-writing skills
• Willing to travel within Poland; valid driver's licence
