Team Leader - Cloud Modernization

Requirements

• You bring deep cloud and architectural expertise, balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery. You know when to design scalable, long-term patterns and when to deliver targeted, tactical solutions that unblock teams and accelerate progress across the organization.
• You thrive in cross-team environments, earning trust, influencing without authority, and collaborating closely with product, architecture, security, and infrastructure groups to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustained impact.
• Skills you are bringing with you
• 4+ years as Team Lead or Tech Lead
• 6+ years of experience with backend development, preferably C# and Node.js
• 6+ years of experience with advanced SQL (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience with NoSQL database, preferably MongoDB
• Experience with building SaaS platforms for cloud-based products, preferably AWS
• Experience with Containers and Kubernetes (K8s), preferably EKS
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience with Message Brokers such as RabbitMQ/SQS/Kafka, preferably Kafka
• Experience with Microservices development
• Experience with AI tools for leveraging team velocity & quality
• B.S. in computer science or equivalent
