This is a low-volume infusion center designed for safe, thoughtful care and strong patient interaction. What Makes This Role Different Low patient volume Typically manage 2-3 patients at a time No weekends, no call Structured outpatient setting with minimal chaos Schedule PRN, flexible weekday shifts (Monday-Friday) Shifts scheduled in advance based on availability No nights or weekends

Responsibilities

• Start IVs and administer specialty infusion therapies
• Monitor patients for infusion reactions and respond appropriately
• Provide patient education during treatment
• Maintain high standards of clinical care and safety
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols

• Calm outpatient infusion setting
• Infusion times range from 1-5 hours, allowing for meaningful patient interaction

• Structured onboarding including virtual training and in-clinic shadowing

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• 1+ year RN experience
• Strong IV skills required
• Ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team
