Potential candidates must be comfortable with rotating opening and closing shifts, in accordance with the centre's operational requirements. Job Description Nurture children's natural curiosity to explore and learn in a comfortable and safe environment. Partner with parents to support, guide and share in their child's growth and development. Making preparations for classroom teaching i.e. work materials to be prepared effectively, lesson plans to be recorded, etc. Ensuring the safety of children at all times. Monitoring children's progress and recording observations in the children's portfolio and progress report books. Planning activities for Concert, Children's Day, Teacher's Day, National Day, etc. Planning & participating in the field trip. Setting up classroom decoration and learning environment. Enforcing positive discipline practices. Teaching and implementing Kinderland integrated curriculum. Conduct parent-teacher meetings. Parents' communication, Newsletter Location Mount Faber Job requirement Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or its equivalent. Holding LON L2 or relevant Good communication and interpersonal skills. Passion and patience to work with young children. Able to work well independently as well as within a team Ready to start work immediately or with a short notice period
