Responsibilities
- Lead and drive all aspects of global product launches, including go-to-market strategy and execution

- 4+ years in marketing or marketing communications
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies (digital + traditional)
- Relevant degree in communications, marketing, advertising, sales, or project management
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Strong project/program management skills
- Experience working with agencies or internal marketing teams on large projects
- Knowledge of marketing research methods (VOC, surveys, etc.)
- Budget management experience
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and video production
- Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
- Welding knowledge is a plus
