Endpoint Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Microsoft Intune environment (devices, policies, applications)
• Deploy and manage applications via Intune (Win32, Store apps)
• Assist in managing device enrollment and provisioning
• Apply and maintain configuration profiles and compliance policies
• Manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB) via Intune: Configure update rings and feature update policies
• Monitor update compliance and deployment status
• Support troubleshooting of update issues on endpoints
• Support endpoint security configurations , including: Antivirus and firewall settings
• BitLocker encryption
• Basic security baselines and policies
• Monitor device compliance and help resolve non-compliant devices
• Provide 2nd / 3rd level support for endpoint-related issues
• Assist with troubleshooting Intune policies, deployments, and device issues
• Work with other teams (AD, security, support desk) to resolve incidents
• Maintain documentation and follow internal IT processes
• Knowledge / Skills / Experience
• Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM) or similar endpoint management tool
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration
• Understanding of Windows Update management (WUfB or similar)
• Understanding of device management concepts (enrollment, policies, compliance)
• Basic understanding of endpoint security (antivirus, encryption, updates)
• Familiarity with Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Basic scripting knowledge ( PowerShell is a plus )
• Knowledge of application deployment concepts
• Experience with IT support or endpoint services
• Good level of English (spoken & written)
