As part of our continued digital transformation journey, we are looking for a highly analytical and driven Project Analyst to help optimize business processes and deliver impactful technology initiatives across the organization. Job Summary The Project Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Company's digital transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating operational needs into practical technology solutions. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Product, IT, Data, Finance, HR, and external vendors, you will bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure projects are successfully delivered and aligned with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through process improvement, data analysis, and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
  • Engage business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and system requirements.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate requirement discussions and workshops with business and technical teams.
  • Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, digitalisation, and workflow optimisation.
  • Design future-state ("To-Be") business processes that improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
  • Recommend practical solutions that align with business priorities and operational needs.
  • Project Coordination
  • Support the planning, execution, testing, and implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Data & Systems Analysis
  • Define business data requirements for reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.
  • Validate business rules and data logic with Product, IT, and Data teams.
  • Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution of data discrepancies.
  • Documentation & Governance
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, business requirements, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and implementation records.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management activities, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure documentation is current and aligned with governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Operations Excellence, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
  • Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams.
  • Comfortable analysing data and translating business needs into system or reporting requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio or other process mapping tools.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, HRIS, POS, or workflow automation platforms will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or business process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
