Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for jetty and tank farm equipment.
• Perform initial assessments and support corrective maintenance during equipment faults or breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair situations to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors for on-site maintenance and servicing activities.
• Maintain and update preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory records regularly.
• Conduct functional testing of interlock and alarm systems to ensure process safety.
• Perform routine inspections to identify abnormalities in operational areas.
• Monitor equipment performance through temperature and vibration checks.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair lighting systems within the terminal.
• Ensure fire protection equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Follow up on maintenance requests raised by operations and ensure timely closure.
• Training & Certification Requirements
• Minimum GCE O-Level or ITE certification,or
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the petroleum storage or related industry.
