Responsibilities

  • In this high-impact role, you will:
  • Lead assay validation and implementation , ensuring robust, reliable, and compliant testing methods
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for analyzer operations, driving performance optimization and resolving complex technical issues
  • Design and maintain laboratory policies and procedures , shaping best practices and regulatory compliance
  • Deliver staff training and competency development , building a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Partner closely with PhD scientists and laboratory leadership to advance diagnostic capabilities and innovation
  • Report directly to the Clinical Laboratory Director , influencing strategic and operational decisions
  • Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology (MT), Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience
  • Deep technical expertise with laboratory instrumentation and troubleshooting
  • Passion for quality, innovation, and mentorship
