Requirements

• You are a warm, empathetic and creative individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people. You share our values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence.
• To thrive in this role, you will need:
• Certificate I V in Leisure and Health, or Bachelors or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services
• Experience in planning and delivering lifestyle or recreational activities
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence (preferred)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
• You will also have:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse needs and preferences
