Group Class Instructor

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for an energetic Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our new corporate client site in St. Paul, Minnesota ! This role includes teaching one class per week and is ideal for instructors looking for a consistent, rewarding opportunity in a professional corporate environment. We're open to instructors who specialize in traditional group exercise (GX) formats or specialty classes, so bring your passion and your signature style. Details: 1 class per week during operating hours (Monday through Thursday 6am-6pm) Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as Yoga/Pilates, Boot Camp, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, etc. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $45 - $50/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
