Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and controls to maintain reliable plant operations
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

- What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated capability in industrial electrical maintenance, working with equipment ranging from 12V DC to 4160V AC; experience with automation, controls, and HMI is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety-first mindset and adherence to lockout/tagout and electrical safety practices
- Ability to read and apply electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed
