Program Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience, including 5+ years managing government contracts.
• 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare, health IT, CMS, or other healthcare-related government programs.
• Experience managing Agile delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of contract management, budgeting, staffing, and risk management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• US Citizenship required or be a Permanent Resident.
• Must reside in the Continental US.
• Depending on the government agency, specific requirements may include public trust background check or security clearance.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of government contracts supporting federal and state agencies. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee contract performance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality services in accordance with contract requirements, budgets, and schedules. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing complex government programs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
