- Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, and executive schedules.
- Strong experience with email management and virtual collaboration platforms, including Webex.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
- Experience conducting research and supporting expense and statistical reporting.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Experience using Cisco productivity and collaboration tools.
- Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing complex scheduling needs.
- Previous experience supervising administrative or clerical staff.
- Experience supporting office organization initiatives and special projects in a remote environment.
- Education:
