In this role, you will provide service support for HMS/ERS/DRS/Diesel Drill machines, and hydraulic systems (diagnosis, failure analysis, system assessment and adjustments). Customer PM Documents review and editing, ensuring machine vulnerabilities are covered by routine Preventative Maintenance plans. Offer Dealer Support Network (DSN) assistance to customer, obtaining factory guidance for repairs and questions. Enhance relationships with customers, sales support, and the rest of the Finning team
