About the role

Your new company Our client is a well-established infrastructure and utilities provider supporting modern residential developments in Singapore. They are looking to hire an Assistant Manager /Executive Officer (Technical Operations) to support system operations and service delivery within a fast-growing township. Location: West Singapore Duration: 1-year contract (extendable) *Experience in engineering / operations / customer service Your new role You will manage and resolve technical service issues within residential units, working closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure fast, high-quality outcomes. A. Issue Resolution - Track, investigate, and close system-related cases within residential units B. Stakeholder Management - Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to drive timely solutions C. Customer Engagement - Communicate clearly with residents and manage expectations professionally D. Work Supervision - Oversee on-site rectification works to ensure quality and compliance E. Documentation& Systems - Manage work orders, approvals, and case updates using internal systems What you'll need to succeed Degree with 2-3 years' experience in operations / facilities / customer service Proficient in MS Office and digital systems Willing to support after-hours or weekend work when required What you'll get in return This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced MNC and gain exposure to end-to-end operations and stakeholder management .
