About the role

Job Description Summary ‎ Office Support Staff enters data on the computer terminal. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Inputs patient information to the Patient Manage m ent System on a ti m ely basis and revi e ws data regularly as directed. Inputs and reviews clinical information such as referrals, admissions, readmissi o n s and re-ins t atements, care pla n s, verbal orders, re-certifications, discharges and patients-not-admitted as directed. Maintains confidentiality of patient medical information. Cross-trains for a ll MIS fun c tions. Performs clerical duties such as s o rting, filing, and photocopying recor d s. Prints reports on a daily basis. Run eligibilities for patient financial responsibilities. Request authorizations from insurance company for patients treatment plan. Performs other duties as directed. Is knowledgeable of the Agency's organization, functions, and services. Complies with Agency dress code policy. Maintains efficient flow of Agency work by reporting to work at assigned or scheduled times; follows procedures for notification of absence or time off requests.
