Job Description Responsible for creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims in either the auto or specialty lines leading to the proper disposition. Responsible for training, mentoring, controlling quality and providing technical assistance on material damage claims. Job Description This is a field-based, territory-specific opportunity supporting the Polk County areas. We are seeking a skilled Auto Field Appraiser with strong time management skills, hands-on experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software, and proven negotiation skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering a positive, customer-focused experience.
