Job Summary This role is responsible for driving end-to-end marketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead-generation initiatives to drive business growth. The incumbent will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. KeyResponsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Identify target segments, define value propositions, and craft positioning strategies. Plan annual marketing roadmaps, budgets, and campaign calendars. Work closely with business development teams to drive lead generation and pipeline conversion. 2. Demand Generation & Campaign Management Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships) to generate qualified leads. Track campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness. Optimise marketing funnels across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages. Collaborate with sales/BD teams to ensure alignment between marketing and revenue outcomes . 3. Content & Brand Communication Develop high-quality written content , including marketing collateral, newsletters, website copy, and thought leadership articles. Ensure strong storytelling that communicates brand value propositions effectively. Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels. Oversee social media and digital content strategy with a focus on engagement and reach. 4. Stakeholder& Partnership Management Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, customer experience, and business development. Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners where required. Support partnership initiatives, events, and community engagement activities to strengthen brand presence. 5. Design & Creative Design marketing collateral (digital and print). Ensure design output is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Hands-on design capability is required. Job Requirements Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline (essential). 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience , with exposure to strategy and demand generation. Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that drive leads and business growth . Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft impactful content. Experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics, and CRM tools preferred. Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans. Stakeholder management experience and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience in B2B, real estate, or professional services environments is an advantage.
