Responsibilities

- -University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- -5+ years of relevant work experience in the People & Culture, with a focus on HR Operations activities.
- -Very good understanding of transactional People & Culture processes.
- -Proficiency and strong knowledge in HR systems. Experience in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar is a strong plus.
- -Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer service orientation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency level in English
