The service supports 5 residents with diverse needs, comprising both male and female individuals aged 40 and above. Our current residents require various levels of support, including mobility assistance, emotional wellbeing, community access facilitation, and personal care provision. We are committed to fostering independence, promoting inclusion, and cultivating a sense of belonging. It is essential that prospective candidates share these fundamental values Your day might include: Helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, or physical disabilities live independently, Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or household jobs, Encouraging social activities, community involvement, and family connections, Providing respectful personal care where needed, Making every day enjoyable - for the people we support, and for you!
