Requirements

  • Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and concepts.
  • Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, behavioral health, financial services, or insurance.
  • Master's degree in behavioral health field and accreditation a plus.
  • Experience working in mental health integrated care
  • Your Expected Deliverables
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for varying employment positions within the organization
  • Deliver training in dynamic and memorable ways, including all methods of learning
  • Manage training schedules and guest trainers
  • Conduct evaluations of trainings and implement improvements when needed
  • Support the development of continuing education curriculum for clinicians

  • This position is fully remote with occasional travel to evolvedMD Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ
  • Must be willing to train classes from 9AM - 5PM EST

Training Manager The Training Manager oversees the training and professional development of all evolvedMD team members. The Training Manager will work closely with all new employees to train the skills they will need to perform their duties, and with existing employees to hone, improve and develop their skills to provide the best patient care possible.
