Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, skin care, etc.).
- Document care provided and report changes in the client's condition (physical, emotional, or medical) to management.
- Take and record vital signs as instructed.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Requirements

- HHA Certification, STNA/CNA preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation Required
