Financial Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Manager for a full-time, on-site position. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, preparing financial reports, coordinating audits, and guiding the company's financial strategy. The role also involves collaborating with departments, providing insights to support business decisions, and managing financial risks. Strong Financial Management and Budgeting skills, including financial planning, forecasting, and cost control. Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Expertise in Compliance, Tax Regulations, and Financial Audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software i.e., Visual Dolphin and Advanced Excel Skills Proficiency in english. Experience in leadership, with the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is advantageous) 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry Personal Skills Honest, respectful, and professional Detail oriented and analytical Organized and proactive Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines Strong team player with excellent communication skills Able to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
