Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Engineering support for customer projects (site surveys, design, cost estimates, execution)
• Coordination of project execution, commissioning, and customer acceptance
• Maintenance planning, supervision, and cost control
• Technical troubleshooting and on‑site support
• Coordination with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers
• Compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Russian and English
• Familiarity with IT tools and engineering documentation
• Work conditions and benefits package Competitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditions
• Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums
• Annual performance bonus
• Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
• The workplace is located in the office in Tashkent city
• When relocating to Tashkent from another country/region a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rent an apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)
• Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocation of the employee and family members to the place of destination)
• Annual leave - 28 calendar days
• Life and health insurance for employees (including medicines upon doctor's assignment)
