Your role: As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Application Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment and will help define the best solutions for managing suspicious or blocked financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing alerts related to potential blocking events affecting the bank or its clients
  • Managing suspicious or blocked transactions and interacting with end clients to gather further information
  • Verifying and validating the authenticity of financial operations
  • Collaborating effectively with IT providers and stakeholders to ensure service continuity
  • Producing and maintaining technical and functional documentation
  • Other duties

  • Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics
  • No prior work experience in software development required
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Italian
  • Knowledge of the following technologies:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong command of the Italian language, both written and verbal

Requirements

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
  • Ability to use and query relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
