Essential Responsibilities: Utilize project management software to coordinate site requirements for employees working onsite Support the administration of the document procedure, through receiving, filing and pertinent team notifications Carry out a wide range of diverse, sensitive, administrative, operational, and technical duties within the department Support administrative tasks related to workforce management, including onboarding workers in the system, managing workforce shift schedules, and coordinating vehicle and equipment pass registrations Interface and communicate (written and oral) with all levels of management, field personnel, clients, subcontractors, and visitors Provide assistance and act as a resource to management and co-workers across different departments Maintain appropriate databases for necessary reporting metrics and provide technical support to team members as needed Compose correspondence, memoranda, and other documents as required.
