- Analyze talent data and translate findings into actionable recommendations that support decision-making, workforce planning, leadership development, employee experience, and business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure talent data, reporting, and processes are accurate, scalable, and aligned with broader business and workforce objectives.
- Lead Learning Management System (LMS) administration and learning operations, including audience management, course assignments, reporting, content governance, and learning records management.
